    摘要： current supply circuit comprises a DC power feed circuit (25) exhibiting a constant current characteristic for a power source (1) and a constant resistance characteristic for a load, a first detecting circuit for detecting a load current or a load voltage, a DC-DC converter circuit (22) inserted between the power source and the DC power feed circuit (25), a second detecting circuit for detecting an output voltage from the DC-DC converter circuit (22); and an operation circuit (24) coupled at the input with the output of the first detecting circuit and the output of the second detecting circuit for controlling the DC-DC converter circuit (22) by the output thereof. The DC-DC converter circuit (22) is so controlled as to produce a voltage representative of the sum of a voltage drop across the load and a fixed voltage necessary for the operation of the DC power feed circuit (25).

    摘要： An optical disk memory apparatus comprising, at least, a disk rotating mechanism (240) which drives and rotates an optical disk (140) set in the memory, an optical head (210) which projects a light beam on the optical disk and which detects reflected light from the optical disk, and head displacement means (300) including an actuator (310) for displacing the optical head. The disk rotating mechanism (240), the optical head (210) and the head displacement means (310) are arranged along a common plane. In addition, the actuator (310) is arranged at the rear of the optical head (210) with respect to a rotating shaft (241) of the disk rotating mechanism (240). Since the disk rotating mechanism (240), the optical head (210) and the head displacement means (310) are arranged in this order, the memory apparatus can be made structurally thinner. Further, it can be implemented in a card type structure.

    摘要： A semiconductor switch is proposed which comprises a thyristor (1) of PNPN structure with three PN junctions and with anode, cathode and gate electrodes, a first transistor (21,70) for short-circuiting at least one PN junction of said thyristor upon its saturation, and a second transistor (30,60) provided between the anode side or cathode side ofthethyris- tor and the base of said first transistor so as to make the first transistor in saturation in accordance with the voltage which is applied to the anode or cathode of the thyristor. The ratio of the time constant of the second transistor to that of said thyristor is not substantially less than 0.5.
