摘要： Variable displacement pump has first control hydraulic chamber 21 giving force to cam ring 5 in direction that decreases volume variation of each pump chamber 13 by internal pressure, second control hydraulic chamber 22 giving force to cam ring in direction that increases volume variation of each pump chamber by internal pressure, first seal surface 44 formed on both end surfaces of cam ring, which are in sliding-contact with both opposing inside surfaces of pump body 1 and cover member 2, and sealing gap between each pump chamber and first control hydraulic chamber, and second seal surface 45 sealing gap between each pump chamber and second control hydraulic chamber at outlet section side. Radial direction width W2 of second seal surface is greater than that W1 of first seal surface. Increase in weight of the pump can be suppressed while suppressing increase in pump control pressure against intention of control.

摘要： Oil pump and oil pump-integrated balancer device each have a pump housing formed by housing body 31 and cover member 32, pump shaft 33 having driven side helical gear 43 at which thrust force occurs when transmitting rotation force and rotating a rotor by the rotation force provided from drive side helical gear 13 that is engaged with driven side helical gear 43, first and second thrust receiving portions 47, 46 formed close to hole edges of bearing holes 32a, 31a of the cover member and the housing body, and first and second thrust limiting portions 49, 48 provided at the driven side helical gear and the pump shaft, contacting the thrust receiving portions from axis direction and limiting thrust movement of the pump shaft. With this configuration, oil pump and oil pump-integrated balancer device which are capable of securing stable support of the pump shaft are provided.

摘要： Variable displacement-type oil pump has pump configuration unit driven by engine and discharging oil sucked from inlet portion from outlet portion by volumes of a plurality of pump chambers being varied; cam ring changing volume variation of each pump chamber by moving; coil spring forcing cam ring in direction in which volume variation of each pump chamber is increased; control oil chamber forcing cam ring in direction in which volume variation of each pump chamber is decreased; drain port draining oil from control oil chamber; control valve into which a downstream side oil discharged from outlet portion is introduced, and which adjusts internal pressure of control oil chamber by supplying oil into control oil chamber when hydraulic pressure of the introduced oil exceeds a predetermined setting working pressure. With this configuration, it is possible to suppress increase in electric power consumption associated with an electrical control mechanism.
