Solution

The present invention provides a vehicle steering wheel device enabling reliably activating the horn while preventing conduction failure of the conductive circuit for sounding the horn even if there is movement in the mounting pin member that connects the steering wheel and airbag module.
RESOLUTION MEANS
A horn spring 15 provided between a steering wheel 1 and an airbag module 2 that serves as a damper mass; a damper unit 10 provided on the airbag module; and a pin 11 having a first end 11a retained in the steering wheel and a damper unit slidably provided on a second end 11b are provided; wherein the horn conductive circuit 5 includes the pin formed of a conductive material, a horn contact 22 provided on the airbag module that contacts and separates with the pin by means of elastic deformation of the horn spring, and a U shaped spring 26 provided on the steering wheel that is clipped to and conducts with the pin.
