    摘要: @ An apparatus for producing special yarn made of a fiber strand in which a number of fibers are randomly arranged along the lengthwise direction thereof, in which special yarn at least one of the yarn structural parameters, e.g., yarn count number or number of twist, changes along the lengthwise direction of the yarn.
    A pattern of change of the parameters of the yarn structure with respect to the length of the special yarn to be produced is stored in a central processing device, while a spun length of the special yarn is measured by a sensor. The yarn structural parameters are changed to correspond to the pattern set to the central processing device and the special yarn is produced by the yarn forming device using another central processing device of the spinning frame.
    This apparatus can be used for a ring spinning frame, an open end spinning frame, a fasciated yarn spinning frame, and the like.

    摘要: An apparatus for controlling the roving winding speed in a roving frame, in which a roving position detecting unit (56) detects central positions of vibration of the roving (55) in the vertical direction at a position between a front roller (8) of the drafting device and a flyer top (12) through a plurality of photoelectric sensors, an average central position of the vertical vibration of the roving (55) is computed from the values measured by the roving position detecting unit (56), and a quantity of correction of the rotation number of a bobbin (30) is computed from a deviation between the average central position and an aimed value for controlling the roving winding speed and a correction coefficient. A correction signal is generated corresponding to the correction quantity, and the rotation number of the bobbin (30) is regulated based on the correction signal.
