摘要: Embodiments of this application disclose a communication apparatus. The communication apparatus includes a first filter, a second filter, and a coupling control unit. There is a first coupling rod in a 1 st resonant cavity of the first filter, and there is a second coupling rod in a 1 st resonant cavity of the second filter. The coupling control unit is located between the 1 st resonant cavity of the first filter and the 1 st resonant cavity of the second filter, and the coupling control unit is connected to the first coupling rod and the second coupling rod. The first filter and the second filter are configured to filter a radio frequency signal. The coupling control unit is configured to control connection or disconnection between the first coupling rod and the second coupling rod. If the first coupling rod is connected to the second coupling rod, an operating status of the communication apparatus is a power division state; or if the first coupling rod is disconnected from the second coupling rod, an operating status of the communication apparatus is a pass-through state. According to the communication apparatus in this application, a function of a reconfigurable cross coupler can be implemented by using a filter design, to reduce an insertion loss of a system.

摘要: This application provides a filter, a remote radio unit, and a base station. The filter includes a filter body, a connector, and a lightning protection structure. A dielectric body is disposed inside the filter body. A signal can be transmitted in the dielectric body. The filter body is provided with a through hole, and the through hole runs through the dielectric body. A portion of an inner conductor of the connector is located at one end of the through hole. The signal can be transmitted between the connector and the filter body. At least a portion of the lightning protection structure is located at the other end of the through hole. The lightning protection structure is grounded and is electrically connected to the inner conductor. The through hole is used to accommodate a portion of the inner conductor, or the through hole is used to accommodate portions of the inner conductor and the lightning protection structure. The disposed lightning protection structure can improve lightning protection performance of the filter, and prevent the filter from being damaged due to breakdown, to ensure normal operation of the filter, the remote radio unit, and the base station.

摘要: This application provides a dielectric filter antenna, an electronic device, and an antenna array. The dielectric filter antenna includes a dielectric antenna and at least one layer of dielectric resonant cavity. The dielectric antenna is located at a top layer. The at least one layer of dielectric resonant cavity is located below the dielectric antenna. Energy coupling is performed between the dielectric antenna and a dielectric resonant cavity adjacent to the dielectric antenna. Materials of the dielectric antenna and the dielectric resonant cavity are a ceramic dielectric with a high dielectric constant. The energy coupling is performed between the dielectric antenna of the dielectric filter antenna in this application and the dielectric resonant cavity adjacent to the dielectric antenna, to avoid use of a transmission line or a matching circuit and avoid an insertion loss, thereby implementing a small size and good echo performance.

摘要: The present invention provides a dielectric filter, including a body part, a cover, and a dielectric resonator. The body part includes a first port and a second port; a cavity is further formed in the body part, and a support kit is disposed at a bottom of the cavity. The dielectric resonator is contained in the cavity and is disposed on the support kit; the dielectric resonator includes a dielectric body and at least two adjusting holes disposed on the dielectric body. The dielectric body includes a top plane and a bottom plane, where the at least two adjusting holes penetrate through the top plane and the bottom plane of the dielectric body. The cover is corresponding to the top plane of the dielectric body. The dielectric body has a first mirror plane and a second mirror plane, where the second mirror plane and the first mirror plane are perpendicular to each other and penetrate through the top plane and the bottom plane of the dielectric body. A first adjusting hole and a second adjusting hole are not mirror symmetric relative to the first mirror plane or the second mirror plane. In the present invention, a frequency and bandwidth of the dielectric filter are adjusted on a same plane, and adjustment ranges of the frequency and the bandwidth of the dielectric filter are extended. The present invention further provides a dielectric resonator.

摘要: Embodiments of this application provide a dielectric filter and a communication device. The dielectric filter includes: a dielectric body, a first blind via and a second blind via that are provided in the dielectric body, a through hole located between the first blind via and the second blind via, and an insulating portion, where inner walls of the first blind via, the second blind via, and the through hole each are covered with a metal layer, and an outer surface of the dielectric body is covered with a metal layer; and the insulating portion is implemented by not covering a metal layer on a surface of the dielectric body, and the insulating portion partially surrounds the through hole. By using the dielectric filter in the embodiments of this application, when a signal wave entering the first blind via passes through the through hole, a phase of the signal wave negatively shifts for 90 degrees, and the signal wave is transmitted to the second blind via, so that an electric coupling of the dielectric filter is implemented. In such a manner of implementing the electric coupling, because a through hole is provided between the first blind via and the second blind via, modeling processing complexity is reduced. Moreover, such an electric coupling manner does not have a parasitic resonance effect and does not affect low band suppression.

A metal layer on an inner wall of the second through hole is connected to the metal layer on the second surface of the second dielectric block. This dielectric filter implements miniaturization and improves radio frequency performance of the dielectric filter.
