A method for controlling the up traffic of the access network includes: a resource and admission control subsystem (RACS) controls both a customer premise equipment (CPE) and a access node (AN), then the CPE and the AN combine to control the up data traffic. There are also a system and an apparatus for controlling the up traffic of the access network. By using the scheme of the present invention, the quality of service QoS of the user service in the AN could be ensured; it is easy to implemented that the AN schedules the data traffic based on the priority and the logic circuit, so the complexity of the AN equipment is reduced, meanwhile, the CPE could not send the data traffic which is greater than the authorized bandwidth, thereby the impact of the network traffic from the malicious user will be avoided effectively; and besides, the RACS control both the AN and the CPE collectively, thereby the consistency that the AN and the CPE learn and perform the traffic policy could be ensured, and the QoS of the user service could be ensured effectively.

The present invention provides a method for dynamic flow control, including the steps of: A. a subscriber equipment prioritizing an uplink data flow and sending the prioritized uplink data flow to an access node; and B. after receiving the data flow sent from the subscriber equipment, the access node classifying the data flow according to the priorities of the data flow in which data flows with the same priority are classified into the same flow tunnel, and performing flow control on a flow tunnel according to a flow control strategy delivered by a flow strategy control system. The present invention also provides a system for dynamic flow control, including a subscriber equipment, an access node and a flow strategy control system. The present invention could simplify the control complexity of an access node and provide a guarantee of QoS for legal data flows.
