The present invention discloses a microwave communication method and device to implement a physical layer-based microwave communication mechanism, so as to ensure effective data transmission. In the method, each frame of a transmitted or received microwave signal includes at least one frame header part and at least one load part, where the frame header part includes a preamble sequence, and the load part includes pilots and information payloads that are alternately distributed. In this way, the microwave signal carries synchronization information and load information, which implements physical layer-based microwave communication between devices, and ensures effective transmission of microwave data.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and an apparatus for aligning antenna beams in a high-low frequency co-site network. The method includes: performing antenna alignment of a low frequency beam with a communications device, to establish a low frequency channel; and performing high frequency beam alignment of a high frequency antenna with the communications device by using the low frequency channel. In the embodiments of the present invention, high frequency beam alignment of a high frequency antenna is performed by using an established low frequency channel. In this way, a technical problem that a high frequency beam alignment time of a high frequency antenna is long due to a narrow field of view of a high frequency beam can be avoided, so as to quickly implement high frequency beam alignment of a high frequency antenna.

A transmission control method is disclosed. The transmission control method includes: sending, by a base station, downlink data to a terminal at a high frequency when detecting that the downlink data needs to be transmitted at the high frequency; and sending, by the terminal to the base station at the high frequency, control information used for assisting the base station in improving transmission quality of the high frequency downlink data, so that the base station controls a transmission process of the high frequency downlink data according to the control information. Embodiments of the present invention further disclose a base station and a terminal. By means of the present invention, a terminal can rapidly feed back control information at a high frequency in a process in which downlink data is transmitted at a high frequency, and a feedback time is short.
