摘要: A packaging laminate (12) comprises
- at least one first polymer layer arrangement (16) and
- at least one second polymer layer arrangement (20),
wherein the at least one first polymer layer arrangement (16) comprises
- a polyolefin layer (50) formed by a polyolefin film,
- a metal-based layer (56) deposited on the polyolefin film (50; 150), and
- a barrier material layer (54),
wherein the barrier material layer (54) comprises at least one of
+ a vinyl alcohol polymer layer (54),
+ a metal oxide layer, and
+ a polymer layer filled with nanoparticles,
wherein the at least one second polymer layer arrangement (20) comprises at least one polymer layer (60, 62, 64), wherein at least one polymer layer (60, 62, 64) of the at least one polymer layer (60, 62, 64) of the at least one second polymer layer (20) arrangement is an extruded layer, wherein each of the outermost layers (12a, 12b) on either side of the packaging laminate (12) is formed by a polymer layer (52, 70), such that each exposed surface (12a, 12b) of the packaging laminate (12; 112) is a polymer surface.
The packaging laminate (12) has an overall oxygen transfer rate of 0.5 cm3/(m2·d·bar) or less, wherein at least one of the subsequent conditions of friction applies:
i.) an exposed surface (12a; 112a) has a coefficient of friction with itself of less than 0.90, and
ii.) an exposed surface (12b; 112b) has a coefficient of friction with a metal surface of less than 0.80.
