摘要:
A solid catalyst component for the polymerization of olefins, comprising titanium, magnesium, and a compound represented by the general formula (I): (I) (wherein R?1 and R2¿ are each independently a linear or branched hydrocarbon group having three carbon atoms; R3 is hydrogen or a linear hydrocarbon group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms; when R3 is hydrogen, R4 is a linear or branched hydrocarbon group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms or an alicyclic hydrocarbon group having 3 or 4 carbon atoms, while when R3 is a linear hydrocarbon group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, R4 is the same as R3 represents; and n is an integer of 1 to 10). Catalysts for olefin polymerization containing the above component exhibit high polymerization activity while attaining high stereoregularity.

A magnesium compound obtained by reacting metallic magnesium having a sphericity (S) of less than 4.00, the sphericity (S) being represented by the following formula (I), an alcohol, and a halogen and/or a halogen-containing compound containing halogen atoms in an amount of 0.0001 gram atom or more relative to one gram atom of the metallic magnesium, S = (L1/L2) wherein L1 represents the maximum diameter of projection views of metallic magnesium determined by photographing with a scanning electron microscope and thereafter an image processing, and L2 represents a diameter of a circle having an area equal to the area of the projection view of metallic magnesium. A solid catalyst component is obtained from the magnesium compound and a titanium compound, and a catalyst for olefin polymerization is obtained using the solid catalyst component.

A process for producing a propylene/ethylene block copolymer with a satisfactory morphology, which comprises using a catalyst system comprising (1) a metallocene catalyst giving a highly crystalline polypropylene, (2) a metallocene catalyst giving a lowly crystalline polypropylene, (3) a porous support, and (4) an aluminoxane or a compound capable of forming an ionic complex upon reaction with either of the metallocene catalysts, and optionally containing (5) an organoaluminum compound; and a propylene/ethylene block copolymer obtained by the process. The copolymer is highly transparent and has a low modulus.
摘要:
A polypropylene film having a tensile modulus TM (MPa) and a heat-sealing temperature HST (°C) which satisfy the relationship TM≥12.5xHST-900. It has an excellent balance between modulus and heat-sealing temperature, is nontacky, and is excellent in formability, transparency, and impact resistance. Also disclosed is a multilayered polyolefin resin laminate in which at least one of the outermost layers is constituted of the polypropylene film. This laminate has an excellent balance between modulus and heat-sealing temperature, is nontacky, and is excellent in slip properties and antiblocking properties.
摘要:
A catalyst for bulk polymerization or vapor phase polymerization which has a high catalytic activity in bulk polymerization or vapor phase polymerization and which, when used in the presence of a small amount of hydrogen, gives an olefin polymer having excellent melt flowability and stereoregularity. The polymerization catalyst, which is for use in the bulk polymerization or vapor phase polymerization of an a-olefin compound in the presence of hydrogen, is one obtained by contacting the following ingredients (A) to (C): (A) a solid catalyst component comprising (a) a magnesium compound, (b) titanium tetrachloride, and (c) a dialkyl phthalate (each alkyl represents a C3-20 linear or branched hydrocarbon group), (B) an organoaluminum compound, and (C) an organosilicon compound represented by the following general formula (1). (R1)(R2CH2)Si(OR3)(OR4) (1)
