摘要： A method of treating hardly decomposable harmful substance comprising (A) a step for adding coagulant into wastewater containing a hardly decomposable harmful substance, (B) a step for performing solid-liquid separation which separates a solid containing the hardly decomposable harmful substance from a liquid, and (C) a step for decomposing the hardly decomposable harmful substance by bringing peroxide into contact with the separated solid. Efficiently and safely treating the hardly decomposable harmful substances by means of low-cost facilities realizes.

摘要： A mold capable of degrading lignin by which dioxin accumulated in the soil for growing agricultural crops, etc. can be made harmless; a method for degrading dioxin by adding at least 1 x 10 cfu of the above mold per gram of a dioxin-containing material; composts containing the mold; a method for producing composts which comprises starting with vegetable organic materials containing lignin, fermenting these materials under heating involving the step of maintaining them at 65 to 100 DEG C for 2 hours or longer, then inoculating them with the above mold producing a lignin degrading enzyme and thus effecting fermentation; and a method for growing plants with the use of these composts.
