    摘要: The invention relates to a system for the smart management of an electrochemical battery, using a method for estimating the internal condition of the battery, and based on mathematical models for managing an electrochemical battery during the operation thereof and particularly for estimating the characteristics of the battery that cannot be directly measured. For applications relating to hybrid and electric vehicles, the most interesting internal characteristics are the state of charge (SoC), the state of health (SoH) and the thermal state. The reconstruction of the internal characteristics is made by using mathematical models of the battery.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an optimized method for managing the surface temperature and the core temperature of an electrochemical storage system under nominal and extreme operating conditions. For uses relating to hybrid and electric vehicles, the heat state (T) at the surface and in the core of the elements constituting the system must be controlled in order to prevent any risk of thermal runaway, fire, and explosion. The reconstruction of the internal characteristics that are not directly measurable, such as the temperature in the core of the elements, is carried out using an electrical, thermal, and thermochemical runaway model of the battery. The method can be used synchronously with the operation of the battery itself (real time) using a model with concentrated parameters (OD), or offline, e.g. in the context of a calibration, an optimization, or an evaluation of the power and heat management strategies. The method makes it possible to simulate the thermal, electrical, and thermochemical runaway behavior of a battery, and said method can also be used for sizing the battery.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for estimating the inner state of an electrochemical system for storing electrical energy, such as a battery. For different inner states of the same type of batteries as the analysed battery, impedance measurements are carried out by adding an electrical signal to the current flowing through the batteries. Then, an RC circuit is defined for modeling said impedances. A relation between the Soc (and/or the SoH) and the parameters of the RC circuit is then calibrated by means of a multi-varied statistical analysis. An impedance measurement of the analysed battery is carried out, and then modelled by means of the RC circuit. Then, by applying the relation to the parameters of the equivalent electric circuit, defined for the analysed battery, the inner state of said battery is estimated.
