A deflection element (8) is provided in at least one recess (7) of the nut (2) for returning the balls (3) respectively from an output end (9) of a common winding (10) of the thread track (4) to an input end (11) of said winding (10). Said deflecting element (8) comprises a base (15) and two side limbs (16) having free ends (17), forming a deflection channel. The free ends of both limbs (16) facing the thread grooves (5) of the spindle (1) respectively comprise a blade (19) on the ends thereof opposite the periphery, said blade (19) being used for insertion between the balls (3) and the thread groove (5) of the spindle (1).
