摘要： The invention provides hemagglutinin stem domain polypeptides, nucleic acids encoding the same, host cells expressing the same and viruses comprising the same. The invention also provides a viral-like particle comprising the polypeptides of the invention. The invention further provides immunogenic compositions comprising the polypeptides, viruses or viral-like particles of the invention. The invention also provides immunogenic compositions for use in immunizing a subject against influenza virus, and for use in preventing and treating an influenza virus infection or disease.
