    A method for producing a hydrogenated conjugated diene polymer, the method comprising a step of polymerizing at least a conjugated diene compound in the presence of a polymerization initiator composed of an amine compound having at least one structure of the formulae (x) and (y) and at least one metal compound selected from alkali metal compounds and alkaline earth metal compounds to obtain a conjugated diene polymer and
    a step of hydrogenating the conjugated diene polymer.


    wherein, in the formula (x), R 1 is a hydrocarbylene group, the hydrocarbylene group in R 1 may contain a heteroatom as long as the hydrocarbylene group does not have an active hydrogen atom, and A 1 is a trihydrocarbylsilyl group; in the formula (y), R 2 and R 3 are each independently a hydrocarbylene group, the hydrocarbylene group in each of R 2 and R 3 may contain a heteroatom as long as the hydrocarbylene group does not have an active hydrogen atom, and A 2 is a functional group which has at least one atom selected from a nitrogen atom N, a phosphorus atom P, and a sulfur atom S, has a trihydrocarbylsilyl group, and does not have an active hydrogen atom and in which the atom that is bonded to R 3 is N, P or S; and the above R 1 and A 1 may be bonded to each other to form a cyclic structure and a part of the above R 2 , R 3 , and A 2 may be bonded to each other to form a cyclic structure.

    a step (a) for obtaining a primarily modified polymer by conducting a primary modification reaction wherein at least one member selected from the group consisting of an alkoxysilane compound and a silanol compound is introduced into the active alkali metal terminal of a conjugated diene based (co)polymer having an active alkali metal terminal, and
    a step (b) for obtaining a secondarily modified polymer (a modified conjugated diene based (co)polymer) by subjecting the above-obtained primarily modified polymer to reactions including the following step (b1) and step (b2), and can produce a conjugated diene based (co)polymer having a high Mooney viscosity and excellent shape stability.
    Step (a): a reaction with a condensation accelerator containing a metal element.
    Step (b): a reaction with at least one member selected from the group consisting of inorganic acids and metal halides.

    摘要: A conjugated diolefin copolymer rubber is produced by copolymerization of a conjugated diolefin and an aromatic vinyl compound and has a primary amino group and an alkoxysilyl group bonded to the copolymer chain. The conjugated diolefin copolymer rubber contains the aromatic vinyl compound in an amount of 5 to 60 wt%. The aromatic vinyl compound is densely distributed in one terminal of the copolymer chain, and is scarcely distributed in the other terminal. The conjugated diolefin copolymer rubber has a temperature difference (ΔTg) of 25°C or more. The conjugated diolefin copolymer rubber has low hysteresis loss properties as well as improved abrasion resistance, rupture characteristics, and road grip characteristics without impairing wet skid characteristics. A method for producing the conjugated diolefin copolymer rubber is also disclosed.

One aspect of a composition according to the present invention includes a polymer (A) including an amino group, fibers (B), and a thermoplastic resin (C), in which a content ratio of the fibers (B) is 70 parts by mass or more and 250 parts by mass or less based on 100 parts by mass of the thermoplastic resin (C). Another aspect of the composition according to the present invention includes a polymer (A) including an amino group, a non-woven fabric (B'), and a thermoplastic resin (C).
