    摘要: A clutch release bearing apparatus having a structure which resists entry of muddy water or the like by an inner peripheral surface of an inner ring of a clutch release bearing and part of a cover member, thereby achieving improvement of a muddy water resistant property is provided. A clutch release bearing (30) and a cover member (50) configured to cover and hold an outer peripheral surface of an outer ring (31) thereof are provided. The cover member (50) includes a radially outside flange portion (61), an intermediate cylinder portion (63), a bent portion (64), a radially inside flange portion (65). An extending cylinder portion (36) is formed at the other end of inner ring (35), and a flange portion (37) configured to press a diaphragm spring (40) is formed at an extending end of the extending cylinder portion (36) so as to project radially outward. An inner peripheral surface of the inner ring (35) is formed with a cylindrical peripheral wall surface (90), a guiding surface (91) increased gradually in diameter from an end edge of the cylindrical peripheral wall surface (90) toward the extending cylinder portion (36) continuously, so that the muddy water or the like flowing from the side of the radially inside flange portion (65) along the bent portion (64) is guided toward the distal end side of the extending cylinder portion (36) by the guiding surface (91).

    摘要: There is provided a clutch release bearing in which a water resistance is enhanced.
    At that side axially opposite from one side where an outer ring rib 22 of a clutch release bearing 10 is formed, there is provided a first seal member 40 externally fitted to an outer ring 20 to be fixed thereto. A seal lip 44 disposed in sliding contact with an outside-diameter surface 32 of an inner ring 30 is formed at a radially-inward distal end of the first seal member 40. An annular guide 50 is provided at a bearing-outward side of the first seal member 40, and an axial lip 46 which extends toward the outside of the bearing and extends to be disposed radially outwardly of the guide 50 is formed at a bearing-outward side face of the first seal member 40. The axial lip 46 is disposed in non-contact, close relation to the guide 50 to form a labyrinth. A radially outwardly-open groove 47 is formed in a joint portion of the axial lip 46 joined to the first seal member 40.
