摘要： An object is to notify a user of a communication terminal of a specific content of a danger. An on-vehicle video system (1) according to the present invention includes a camera (10) configured to capture images of surroundings of a vehicle, an information processing unit (11) configured to identify a person and a communication terminal in a captured image, and a communication unit (12) configured to send the captured image to the communication terminal. The on-vehicle video system (1) achieves a video transfer system by identifying a communication terminal in the captured image and sending the captured image to an identified communication terminal via base station devices and a network.
