摘要: A device for detecting a plant against a background includes a provider for providing a plurality of different photographs of the plant leaf against the background, the photographs differing in that image points of the different photographs relating to the same location of the plant leaf are illuminated with different levels of brightness, a selector for selecting such image points, from the different photographs, whose levels of brightness are within a predetermined range, an image point of a first photograph being selected for a first location of the plant leaf, and an image point of a second, different photograph being selected for a different location of the plant leaf to obtain a representation of the plant leaf against the background, the representation being composed of and/or merged from different photographs, and a segmenter for segmenting the composite photograph to obtain a segment representation having the plant leaf without the background or the background without the plant leaf.

The system comprises a first displacement estimator adapted to estimate a displacement of image content between a reference image derived from the first image and an image to be warped derived from the second image. The system comprises a first warping unit that compensates the estimated displacement by warping the image to be warped resulting in a first warped image. The system comprises a first error detector adapted to detect geometric warping errors within the first warped image and a first error compensator adapted to compensate the estimated geometric warping errors within the first warped image resulting in a first error corrected image. The system comprises a high dynamic range calculator adapted to calculate the high-dynamic range image based upon the first error corrected image and the reference image.

The method includes: A. carrying out block segmentation on a to-be-detected image to segment the to-be-detected image into a plurality of image small fragments, and extracting initial tampering detection features from all the image small fragments; B. encoding the extracted initial tampering detection features with a predetermined encoder to generate complicated tampering features, and determining a tampering detection result corresponding to the to-be-detected image according to the generated complicated tampering features, wherein the tampering detection result includes an image-tampered result and an image-not-tampered result. The disclosure realizes accurate detection for different types and formats of image tampering.

摘要: Methods are provided to identify spatially and spectrally multiplexed probes in a biological environment. Such probes are identified by the ordering and color of fluorophores of the probes. The devices and methods provided facilitate determination of the locations and colors of such fluorophores, such that a probe can be identified. In some embodiments, probes are identified by applying light from a target environment to a spatial light modulator that can be used to control the direction and magnitude of chromatic dispersion of the detected light; multiple images of the target, corresponding to multiple different spatial light modulator settings, can be deconvolved and used to determine the colors and locations of fluorophores. In some embodiments, light from a region of the target can be simultaneously imaged spatially and spectrally. Correlations between the spatial and spectral images over time can be used to determine the color of fluorophores in the target.

摘要: A method and system for analysis of a digital core image obtained from a sample are disclosed. The method includes performing segmentations on the digital core image using multiple approaches to obtain multiple segmented images which are statistically analyzed to select the most suitable approach of the multiple approaches. Thereafter, a digital core model is generated using the segmented image corresponding to the most suitable approach. A simulation test may be performed on the digital core model to obtain a model test result and an oilfield operation may be performed based on the model test result. The system includes measurement and testing equipment to obtain the digital core image and a computing system including a data repository for storing a digital core image and a digital core model, and a digital core modeling tool. The digital core modeling tool performs the segmentations, statistical analysis, and generates the digital core model.

摘要: A matching transformation is determined for matching a patient image set of images of an anatomical body structure of a patient with an atlas image set of images of a general anatomical structure including anatomical atlas elements. Atlas spatial information containing spatial information on the general anatomical structure, and element representation information are obtained. The element representation information describes representation data sets which contain information on representations of the plurality of atlas elements in the atlas images to be determined are obtained, and also describes a determination rule for determining respective representation data sets for respective atlas elements in accordance with different respective parameter sets. Patient data is acquired by acquiring the patient image set and the parameter sets which are respectively associated with the images of the patient image set. The matching transformation is determined by matching images associated with the same parameter set to each other.
