摘要： The inventors clarified the enzyme phosphorylating the serine residue at amino acid position 46 of tumor suppressor protein p53 and further elucidated the mechanism in regulation of inducibility of apoptosis by p53. As the results, the inventors provide a completely new enzyme comprising casein kinase 2 and p53DINP1
