摘要: The invention relates to a method and a device for sorting the fibres of a fibre assembly (10, F1, F2) which is delivered to a fibre sorting device (30, 38, 75, 76, 58, 63). Known devices, which use air to sort the fibres on a non-woven fleece held on both sides, have insufficient separation power. The invention therefore provides a method and a device offering a greater degree of separation. To this end the fibre assembly is clamped by means of clamping elements (44, 3, 75, 76, 58) at right angles to its direction of transport and the free end (E1) extending beyond the clamping point (K1, K2) is subjected to an air flow which is capable of removing and evacuating unclamped components (such as short fibres, neps, dust, etc.) from the free end.

摘要: The invention relates to a method or a device for preparing a fibrous material (F) for a fiber sorting device (13, 14, 15, 30). Known devices do not satisfy the requirements for carrying out a specific fiber selection process since all of the fibers of the introduced fibrous material could not be specifically detected during the selection process. The aim of the invention is to provide a method or a device for preparing the fibrous material (F) for a fiber sorting device, whereby an improved fiber selection is made possible. To this end, the fibrous material (F) to be processed is prepared in individual, essentially adjacent, and when viewed in a conveying direction of the fibrous material (F), longitudinally aligned fibers (FA). In addition, the fibers aligned in such a manner are guided in the position thereof to a subsequent sorting device (13, 14, 15, 30).

摘要: A method is disclosed for the plaiting of a fibre web (FB), delivered from a spinner preparation machine (2), for example, a carding machine (2), combing machine, or drawing frame, by means of a web lay (3) in a fibre web container (19), the fibre web (FB) running from a delivery device (15), arranged at the output from the spinner preparation machine (2,) to a drawing-in device (17), arranged at the web lay (3) and hence subjected to a draft (V), corresponding to the ratio of the drawing-in speed of the drawing-in device (17) to the delivery speed (LG) of the delivery device (15). The draft (V) is automatically variably controlled during the plaiting of the fibre web (FB) depending on the delivery speed (LG) of the delivery device (15) by means of a previously given standard function (VG). Also disclosed is a control device (26), in particular, for carrying out the above method and a textile machine combination (1) with such a control device (26).
