摘要： The invention relates to an antibody specific to Erk1/2 phosphorylated at Thr188 and a method for producing the same. The invention also relates to an in vitro method for determining the presence of phosphorylated Erk1/2 in a sample using the antibody of the invention. Therefore, the invention also comprises an assay for diagnosing a heart disease in vitro comprising the antibody of the invention and certain uses of the antibody. Moreover the invention relates to a peptide used to produce the antibody.
