摘要: The invention relates to novel elastomer alloys (Eas) or compounds comprising rubber flour, a main thermoplast, preferably polyethylene (PE) or polyurethane (PUR), a dispersing agent or an emulsifier (preferably EVA) and, according to requirements, additives counteracting the physical properties of the Eas which are diminished as a result of the rubber flour. The inventive compounds contain at least 30-60 % maximum, preferably more than 50 %; rubber flour from old tyres or rubber wastes of various origins in addition to thermoplasts and/or the mixtures thereof as a plastic matrix. Preferably, ethyl vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) is used as a dispersing agent or emulsifier. The novel compounds can be recycled like the TPEs and established in an injection-mouldable or extrudable form according to requirements. The inventive Eas make it possible to recycle old tyres and similar problematic wates in an ecologically and economically valid manner. According to another advantagious embodiment of the invention, the recycled fiber parts of the old tyres are added to the elastomer alloy such that the recycling cycle can be fully closed.
