摘要： A device for conveying and arranging paper sheets provided with a low-friction sheet guiding member (18) arranged in parallel with the advancing direction of a paper sheet, and with a spiral contactor (19) inclining toward the upstream side from an axis perpendicular to the sheet advancing direction on the horizontal plane and lying on the axis passing through a portion upstream said sheet guiding member (18). The tips (19a) of the spiral part of the contactor (19) rubs the surface of said sheet guiding member (18) to separate a paper sheet from the end of the conveyor, and turns sheets so as to be discharged downwards. Thus, a paper sheet extending wider-than-it-is long is turned to extend longer-than-it-is-wide with a minimum rotation.
