摘要： A rotary member (4) having a plurality of stirring vanes (5) radially mounted thereon is disposed in a treating vessel (1). Each stirring vane is inclined so that it downwardly slopes in the direction of rotation and its front end (A) is disposed ahead of its base end (B) as viewed in the direction of rotation. The rotation of such rotary member (4) stirs and pelletizes powder particles fed into the treating vessel (1).
