Abstract: A frictional agitating and connecting device, comprising a base stand (23) fixed to a predetermined position, a tool holder (29) fitted to the base stand (23) rotatably around a predetermined reference axis (L1) and displaceably along the reference axis (L1) and allowing a connection tool (21) to be fitted thereto, a tool rotatingly driving means for rotatingly driving the tool holder (29) around the reference axis (L1), and a tool displacingly driving means for displacingly driving the tool holder (29) along the reference axis (L1), whereby the size of the device can be reduced, the structure can be simplified, and the workability can be increased.
