摘要: A waste treatment facility 100 is constructed in vicinity of a cement production facility 200. This comprises: a gasification furnace 1 for gasifying waste to generate a pyrolysis gas; and a gas transport line 6 for transporting the pyrolysis gas generated in the gasification furnace 1 to a calciner 20 or the like in the cement production facility 200 while containing entrained char and ash, The flow rate of the pyrolysis gas from the gasification furnace 1 is limited to a level below a predetermined flow rate ratio over the flow rate of the exhaust gas from the calciner 20 to reduce the fluctuation of the temperature in the calciner 20, so that the stability in the operation of the cement production facility 200 is ensured. The pyrolysis gas may be introduced to the calciner 20 from the gas transport line 6 so as to swirl along the peripheral wall section 23.

摘要: In a fluidized bed type gasification furnace 1 for thermally decomposing wastes, a temperature of a fluidized bed 1a is maintained within a preferable range, even if the wastes containing a dewatered sludge having higher water content than the conventional wastes is processed. The apparatus comprises the fluidized bed type gasification furnace 1 for gasifying the wastes to generate a pyrolysis gas, and a gas transport line 6 for transporting the generated pyrolysis gas with entrained char and ash to a preheater 10 or a calciner 20 for cement. 摘要: A seal structure (1) is a seal structure of a cooler apparatus (2) configured to: cause cooling unit trains (13) to move to convey cement clinkers placed on the cooling unit trains (13), the cooling unit trains (13) being arranged in an orthogonal direction such that side walls (21a and 21b) of the adjacent cooling unit trains are opposed to each other; and supply a cooling fluid to the cement clinkers from under the cooling unit trains (13). The seal structure (1) includes a cover body (31) and a sealing member (32). The cover body (31) is attached to a left side wall (21a) of one of the adjacent cooling unit trains and surrounds an upper surface and both side surfaces of a right side wall (21b) of the other cooling unit train (13), opposed to the left side wall (21a), to cover a gap (29) between the two side walls (21a and 21b). A labyrinth (36) communicating with the gap (29) and a dead layer (40) side is formed between the cover body (31) and the right side wall (21b). The sealing member (32) is provided at the labyrinth (36) so as to seal a gap between the cover body (31) and the right side wall (21 b).
