摘要:
An optimized operation schedule of a control-target apparatus is ensured while maximally reducing a burden share to a facility operator. An energy predictor 10 sets, for a control-target apparatus 2, a predicted value of energy consumption or energy supply within a predetermined future time period based on process data. A schedule optimizer 11 optimizes an operation schedule of the control-target apparatus 2 within the predetermined time period with a predetermined evaluation barometer based on the predicted value, the characteristic of the control-target apparatus, and the process data. An approval request determiner 12 determines a necessity of an approval for a latest operation schedule based on a preset determining condition. A determination result transmitter 13 transmits a determination result by the approval request determiner 12.

An air-conditioning control device according to an embodiment controls air conditioning in an air-conditioning zone by using a plurality of types of air conditioners each having a different air supply system. A setting unit sets air-conditioning load distribution of the air conditioners based on optimal load distribution functions generated based on models of the air conditioners so that total energy consumption of the air conditioners is reduced within a range of comfort of the air-conditioning zone set by a user. An output unit outputs, based on the load distribution set by the setting unit, control values for controlling the air conditioners to control devices of the air conditioners.

An energy management server according to an embodiment includes an estimation unit, a scheduler, an acquisition unit, a monitoring unit, a receiving unit and a setting unit. The estimation unit calculates an estimated value of an energy demand in a building in which an electric appliance is installed. The scheduler creates an operation schedule of the electric appliance based on the estimated value. The acquisition unit acquires an actual value of the energy demand. The monitoring unit monitors an error between the estimated value and the actual value. The receiving unit receives a demand response signal containing information which prompts suppression of energy consumption in a designated period. The setting unit sets a threshold related to the demand response signal. The estimation unit recalculates the estimated value if the error is equal or more than the threshold. The scheduler reforms the operation schedule based on the recalculated estimated value.
