摘要: A vehicle headlight (1) includes a first lamp unit (10), a second lamp unit (20), a region determination unit (55) that determines a predetermined region (80), and a control unit (CO). A first irradiation spot (S1f) irradiated with the light of a light emitting element (13f) of the first lamp unit (10) overlaps with a second irradiation spot (S2) irradiated with the light of a light emitting element (23) of the second lamp unit (20). The control unit (CO) controls the first lamp unit (10) so that an amount of the light of the light emitting element (13f) corresponding to the first irradiation spot (S1f) overlapping with a predetermined region (80) is reduced, and controls the second lamp unit (20) so that an amount of the light of the light emitting element (23) corresponding to the second irradiation spot (S2) overlapping with the predetermined region (80) is reduced or becomes 0, and light is emitted from the light emitting element (23) corresponding to the second irradiation spot (S2) overlapping with the first irradiation spot (S1f) and not overlapping with the predetermined region (80) .

摘要: An automotive head-lamp apparatus (10) includes a left lamp unit (22L), a right lamp unit (22R) and a headlamp apparatus control unit (40), Each of the left lamp unit (22L) and the right lamp unit (22R) includes a bulb (30), a movable shade (49), a shade moving mechanism (58) and a fixed shade (50). Each movable shade (48) can advance or recede with respect to the light axis of the bulb (30), and forms an individual light distribution pattern for a low-beam by shielding part of a light at an advanced position while allowing formation of a partial shape of a light distribution pattern for a high-beam at a receded position. The fired shade (50) forms the partial shape of the light distribution pattern for a high-beam when the movable shade (48) is located at the receded position. A pattern control unit (74) determines each shape of the individual light distribution patterns by controlling each of the shade moving mechanisms (58) in the left lamp unit (22L) and the right Lamp unit (22R), and also determines a shape of a synthesized light distribution pattern by superimposing each of the individual light distribution patterns one on another.

摘要: A vehicle headlight (1) is equipped with: a light source unit (10) for forming a light distribution pattern which can be changed by light beams emitted from a light source group (130); and a control unit (CO). In a case where a detection signal of another vehicle present in front of an ego-vehicle (100) is inputted from a detection unit (29) for detecting the other vehicle, the control unit (CO) causes first light sources of the light source group (130), which emit light toward a first region (AR1) including a region overlapping a visual recognition part of the other vehicle used by a driver thereof to visually recognize the outside of the other vehicle, to emit light having a lower intensity than in a case where no detection signal is inputted, and causes second light sources, among second light sources of the light source group (130) that emit light toward a second region (AR2) surrounding the first region (AR1), which emit light toward a lower-side region (BA1) lower than the first region (AR1), to emit light with an increasingly lower intensity toward the side closer to the first region (AR1).
