摘要： A monoclonal antibody capable of specifically and effectively recognizing hTERT protein which is the catalytic subunit of telomerase; a human chimeric antibody, a CDR transplantation antibody, a single-stranded antibody and a disulfide stabilizing antibody each containing the above monoclonal antibody; a method for detecting/quantitating hTERT protein by using these antibodies; and diagnostic methods, diagnostics and remedies for various diseases such as cancer in which telomerase participates.
