摘要： The invention relates to a 3D cell culture system comprising a cryogel consisting of at least one polyethylene glycol diacrylate (PEGda). The invention further relates to a method for preparing a 3D cell culture system consisting of at least one polyethylene glycol diacrylate cryogel, wherein a pre-cooled mixture of polyethylene glycol diacrylate is initially provided in a buffer solution, whereupon at least one polymerization initiator and at least one polymerization catalyst are added. The mixture is frozen, whereupon the cryogel can be removed.
