- at least one actuating element (30), wherein the at least one actuating element (30) is configured to modify at least one of the amplitude or the phase of at least one of the at least two tributary electromagnetic signals based on the signal information,
wherein modifying the at least one of the amplitude or the phase of the at least one of the at least two tributary electromagnetic signals is performed in a manner that at least one of the at least one combined electromagnetic signal corresponds to the at least one targeted broadband electromagnetic signal (60).-
