The invention relates to a method for producing a coated gypsum plasterboard. Said method consists of an operating cycle comprising the following steps in the following order: a) a gypsum plasterboard is formed; b) the gypsum plasterboard is dried in a drying device; c) the gypsum plasterboard is coated by spraying with a coating agent once it is dry; and d) the gypsum plasterboards are stacked. There is a time interval of less than 60 seconds between the end of the coating and the stacking of the gypsum plates.
