Abstract:
Provided is a work machine (1) capable of protecting a battery (50) from splashing fuel during fuel filling. The work machine includes a fuel tank (30) having a fuel-filler portion (35), a battery (50) arranged near the fuel-filler portion (35), and a cover member (60). The cover member has a cover portion (60a) which covers an upper surface of the battery and an extension portion (60b) which continuously extends from the cover portion toward the fuel-filler portion to cover a region from the battery to the fuel-filler portion.
Abstract:
In a compact excavator of the type wherein an opening portion of an engine room with a fuel tank installed therein is opened and closed with a bonnet and an operator's seat is provided on the bonnet, a load transfer member is provided on an upper surface of the fuel tank in a state in which a load receiving portion is in contact with the bonnet, so that a total load comprising the weight of the operator's seat, the weight of an operator sitting on the operator's seat and the weight of the bonnet is transmitted from the bonnet to the fuel tank as a force of pressing down the tank from above.
Abstract:
A supporting bracket (35) includes an upright portion (35a) which stands upright on a bottom plate (32) of a rotating frame (31) and a flat portion (35b) which protrudes horizontally from a top end of the upright portion (35a). The supporting bracket (35) is formed integrally with the rotating frame (31). A through hole (35c) is provided in the bottom plate (32) of the rotating frame (31) at a position where the through hole (35c) overlaps the flat portion (35b) of the supporting bracket (35) in plan view.
Abstract:
A rotating frame is formed integrally with a plurality of guide portions by casting. The guide portions stand upright on a bottom plate of the rotating frame with gaps provided between the guide portions and left and right side walls. Bottom edge portions of side covers are fitted into the gaps. Top surfaces of the guide portions are positioned on substantially the same plane and function as reference surfaces in a horizontal direction.

Abstract:
A rotating frame (31) and a reinforcing rib (34) which stands upright on a bottom plate (32) of the rotating frame and extends in a front-rear direction are formed integrally with each other by casting. A tube insertion hole (34a) is formed in a base portion of the reinforcing rib (34) in a standing direction thereof such that the tube insertion hole (34a) extends through the base portion of the reinforcing rib in a thickness direction thereof. A communication hole (34b) which communicates with the tube insertion hole (34a) is formed in the bottom plate (32) of the rotating frame (31) such that the communication hole (34b) extends through the bottom plate of the rotating frame in a thickness direction thereof at a position corresponding to the tube insertion hole (34a).
Abstract:
A rear half part of a surface of a main body of a working oil tank (28) installed in line with a control valve (13) opposing to the valve is dented in an inclining surface shape in the direction moving away from the valve so that between both the tank (28) and the valve, is formed a working space (S) for attaching and detaching a pressure compensating spool (18), while return tubes are separately connected to the upper and the lower side of a filter case side wall within the body. Within the body, is provided a cylindrical filter case having a bottom in which a return filter (31) for return oil is housed, and the return tubes (32) are connected to the case side wall in a state of communicating with the inside of the filter case. In this configuration, a filter receiving plate (37) is provided in a lower part within the filter case with leaving a gap (A) between the plate and the filter case bottom wall in a state that the plate is supported by a return pipe, the return filter is disposed on the plate, and the return tubes are connected to the filter case side wall on the lower side than the plate.
