摘要： The present invention relates to a gas treatment system and a ship including same, the gas treatment system comprising: a first fuel supply line for supplying fuel to a main engine; a second fuel supply line which is branched from the first fuel supply line to supply fuel to an auxiliary engine; a heat exchanger which is provided in the first fuel supply line to heat fuel; and a coolant circulation line of the main engine, the circulation line being provided to supply a heat source to the heat exchanger, wherein the coolant circulation line is separably provided into a first coolant circulation line that circulates through the heat exchanger and a second coolant circulation line that circulates through the main engine.
