    摘要: Provided are a multilayer film, a method for producing the multilayer film, and a method for producing a molded body using the multilayer film. The multilayer film: has an adhesive layer; has excellent three-dimensional overlaying formability and adhesiveness after being formed into a three-dimensional overlay; can easily be used when being bonded to an adherend; maintains adhesive strength without breaking or wrinkling in a wide range of range temperatures; and is suitable for forming a vacuum. Specifically, the multilayer film has: an adhesive layer comprising a thermoplastic polymer composition containing a thermoplastic elastomer (A) which is a block copolymer or a hydrogenated product thereof having a polymer block (a1) containing aromatic vinyl compound units and having a polymer block (a2) containing conjugated diene compound units; and a base layer comprising an amorphous resin which has a modulus of elasticity of 2 to 600 MPa at an arbitrary temperature of 110 to 160°C. The tensile elongation at break of the multilayer film at a temperature 5°C lower than the glass transition temperature of the amorphous resin is at least 160%.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a multilayered film having a high degree of freedom regarding selection of a material and a decoration method, which is not only excellent in handling properties and low-temperature adhesiveness to adherends of various materials but also applicable to decorative molding of every sort in a three-dimensional solid shape, and a method for producing the same. The present invention provides a multilayered film including, as an intermediate layer (X), a thermoplastic resin layer having a bending rigidity of 60 to 30,000 kPa·mm 3 ; a layer (Y) composed of a thermoplastic polymer composition on both surfaces of the intermediate layer (X), the thermoplastic polymer composition containing 0 to 50 parts by mass of a polypropylene-based resin (B) based on 100 parts by mass of a thermoplastic elastomer (A) that is a block copolymer containing a polymer block (a1) composed of an aromatic vinyl compound unit and a polymer block (a2) composed of a conjugated diene compound unit; and a decorative layer (Z) closely arranged on the surface of either one of the layers (Y). The present invention also provides a method for producing the multilayered film, including bringing the thermoplastic resin layer (Y) as a surface layer in a molten state into contact with a roll whose surface is made of a hydrophobic resin.

    摘要: A multilayer film having a structure consisting of at least three layers: a polypropylene resin layer (X), an intermediate layer (Y) formed of a thermoplastic polymer composition containing 100 parts by mass of a thermoplastic elastomer (A), which is a block copolymer containing a polymer block (a1) formed of an aromatic vinyl compound unit and a polymer block (a2) formed of a conjugate diene compound unit or a hydrogenated product thereof, and 1 to 50 parts by mass a polypropylene resin (B) and a decorative layer (Z), in which the layers (X) (Y) and (Z) are stacked in this order, is excellent in preform moldability, successfully and firmly adhering to an adherend to decorate, small in warpage during thermal lamination and satisfactory in coextrusion film formability and weather resistance.
