    摘要: Provided are a multilayer film, a method for producing the multilayer film, and a method for producing a molded body using the multilayer film. The multilayer film: has an adhesive layer; has excellent three-dimensional overlaying formability and adhesiveness after being formed into a three-dimensional overlay; can easily be used when being bonded to an adherend; maintains adhesive strength without breaking or wrinkling in a wide range of range temperatures; and is suitable for forming a vacuum. Specifically, the multilayer film has: an adhesive layer comprising a thermoplastic polymer composition containing a thermoplastic elastomer (A) which is a block copolymer or a hydrogenated product thereof having a polymer block (a1) containing aromatic vinyl compound units and having a polymer block (a2) containing conjugated diene compound units; and a base layer comprising an amorphous resin which has a modulus of elasticity of 2 to 600 MPa at an arbitrary temperature of 110 to 160°C. The tensile elongation at break of the multilayer film at a temperature 5°C lower than the glass transition temperature of the amorphous resin is at least 160%.

    摘要: Provided are a hot-melt adhesive having high flowability in a molten state and exhibiting high adhesion strength in bonding PP nonwoven fabrics and further exhibiting high adhesion strength in bonding PE film-PP nonwoven fabric, and a base polymer for a hot-melt adhesive. The hot-melt adhesive contains (A) a propylene-based polymer satisfying the following (Ai) to (Aiv), and (B) an olefin-based copolymer satisfying the following (Bi) and (Bii); and the base polymer for a hot-melt adhesive consists of a mixture of (A) a propylene-based polymer satisfying the following (Ai) to (Aiv) and (B) an olefin-based copolymer satisfying the following (Bi) and (Bii) and satisfies the following (1) and (2). (Ai) the melting point is 120°C or lower, (Aii) the Mw is 10,000 to 150,000, (Aiii) the Mw/Mn is 2.5 or less, (Aiv) the penetration is 8 or less, (Bi) the penetration is 15 or more, (Bii) the melting point is 90°C or higher, (1) the tensile elastic modulus at 23°C is 400 MPa or less, and (2) the semi-crystallization time at 23°C is 20 minutes or less.

    摘要: The instant invention is an aqueous based blend composition and method of producing the same. The aqueous based blend composition according to the present invention comprises: (a) an aqueous polyolefin dispersion comprising the melt blending product of one or more base polymers and one or more stabilizing agents in the presence of water and optionally one or more neutralizing agents, wherein the polyolefin dispersion has an average volume particle size diameter in the range of from 400 to 1500 nm, and a pH range from 8 to 11; and (b) one or more crosslinking agents selected from the group consisting of hydroxyalkylamide resins, and combinations thereof, wherein said crosslinking agents comprise from 0.1 to 50 percent by weight based on the solid content of the dispersion; wherein said aqueous based blend composition has a solid content in the range of from 15 to 70 percent by weight of solids, based on the weight of the aqueous based blend composition, wherein said solid content of said blend composition comprises up to 99.9 percent by weight of the one or more base polymers, based on the weight of the solid content of the aqueous based blend composition, based on the weight of the solid content of the aqueous based blend composition, and a pH in the range of from 8 to 11.
