摘要: Provided is a blow-molding method capable of suppressing generation of blister-like bubbles and producing a high quality hollow molded article when forming a thick hollow molded article by blow-molding. A blow-molding method includes setting a die-slit interval in a die head according to a target wall thickness of a hollow molded article to be molded, extruding a molten resin in an accumulator into a cylindrical shape from the die slit to form a parison, and molding the parison in a mold. The die-slit interval is made smaller than a value set according to the target wall thickness at start of extrusion, and then is increased to match the value set according to the target wall thickness. The value set according to the target wall thickness is preferably corrected considering wall thickness reduction due to drawdown. The wall thickness of the hollow molded article is preferably 3.5 mm or more.

摘要: [Problem] The purpose is to provide a molding-forming method, a molding mold, and a molding production apparatus with which efficient burrs removal is possible without requiring a large apparatus.
[Solution] The invention is a molding production method wherein, in addition to a molding being formed inside a mold, burrs formed around the molding are separated from the molding. After formation of the molding, air is blown inside the mold on at least a portion of the burrs formed around the molding to cool the same, a projecting member is projected toward the cooled burrs, and the burrs are separated from the molding. After pressing the burrs toward the projecting member by the air blowing, the burr is pressed toward the mold surface facing the projecting member by projection of the projecting member to separate the burr from the molding. The invention also is a burr removal method and a burrs removal device for removing a formed molding from a mold and removing burrs formed along the parting line. When pressing burrs using a pressing jig near the parting line, the molding is loaded on a receiving base and the area of the burrs outside of the site of contact of the pressing jig is supported.
