摘要: A piece insertion method for a pipe, for example an irrigation pipe, including: ejecting at least one piece, for example a dripper, from an ejection unit, advancing the at least one dripper inside the irrigation pipe by a dripper advancing unit, lifting the dripper towards the inner surface of the irrigation pipe by using a lifting device such that the dripper is parallel or substantially parallel to this inner surface of the irrigation pipe on impact with this inner surface. The method according to the invention allows also coordination between the lifting device, the ejection unit and the dripper advancing unit such that the dripper spacing can be maintained in tight tolerances.

摘要: Provided is an in-tank tube excellent in pressure-resisting performance. The in-tank tube is an in-tank tube (1) for an automotive fuel of a monolayer structure, the in-tank tube (1) for an automotive fuel being installed in a fuel tank (2) and having a construction that absorbs displacement of the fuel tank (2) and vibration of a fuel pump (5). Further, the in-tank tube (1) for an automotive fuel is formed into a monolayer structure formed of a resin material using an aliphatic polyamide resin as a main component, and has the following pressure-resisting characteristic (X): (X) when silicone oil is charged as a pressurizing medium into the in-tank tube immersed in a test liquid (Fuel C : methanol=85 : 15 (volume basis)) at 80°C for 168 hours, both ends of the in-tank tube are each blocked with a test pipe, and a pressure test is performed at a rate of pressure increase of 1.0 MPa/min and room temperature, a pressure (burst pressure) at which the in-tank tube bursts or the test pipe disconnects is 2.8 MPa or more.

摘要: Process for the manufacture of a profile by extruding a granulated vulcanised rubber with a thermoset resin, the extruder comprising a barrel having a feed throat and a die wherein the cross-linking takes place. The process allows a continuous extrusion procedure in only one equipment, therefore allowing a reduction in production times which, in turn, reduces production costs when comparing to moulding processes.

摘要: An extruded PET parison includes a first extruded polymer that may comprise PET, and a second extruded polymer that may comprise PET. In embodiments, the first extruded polymer and the second extruded polymer are co-extruded, and the first extruded polymer has an intrinsic viscosity that is higher that the intrinsic viscosity of the second extruded polymer. In other embodiments, a blend of a first polymer having a higher IV and a second polymer having a lower IV are blended. Additionally, for some embodiments involving regrind materials, an elutriation process may be used to remove particulates or fines.

摘要: Silicone tube structures are formed having a particular dimensional accuracy. In one embodiment, a silicone tube structure can include an extruded hollow body having an inner bore. The extruded hollow body can have an inner diameter, an outer diameter, and a length of at least approximately 20 m. The extruded hollow body can also have a dimensional accuracy that is measured by the standard deviation of the inner diameter being no greater than approximately 0.8% of an average inner diameter of the extruded hollow body over the length. In an embodiment, the silicone tube structure can be cut to form a number of silicone tubes.
