    摘要: A synchronous motor (M) has a rotor to which a yarn-winding reel (R) is connected. A plurality of position sensors (HS1, HS2, HS3) detect the passing of the rotor at predetermined angular positions and generate corresponding position pulses (P1, P2, P3). A control unit (CU) assigns a measured angular position (θ H ) to each combination of the position pulses (P1, P2, P3), calculates the angular positions of the motor in the intervals between the measured angular positions (θ H ) by interpolation, and drives the motor by feedback with pilot position values (θ) deriving from the measured angular positions (θ H ) and the calculated angular positions (θ S ). The control unit (CU) comprises a decision block (DEC) which makes the difference between the measured angular positions (θ H ) and the calculated angular positions (θ S ), and compares the absolute value of the difference with a predetermined treshold value, whereby, if the absolute value of the difference is below the treshold value, then the decision block selects the calculated position signal (θ S ) as pilot position signal (θ), otherwise it selects the measured position signal (θ H ).

    摘要: The yarn (F) unwinding from the feeder is pressed between a drum (12) and a braking member (32) connected by elastic means (34) to two linear actuators (26,28) controlled by position and provided with position sensors (38). A position control loop (45) receives a position signal (X) from the sensor (38) and compares it with a reference variable (Xref) in a subtracter block (46) for obtaining a position error (Xerr). A position compensator (48) receives the position (Xerr) error and outputs a reference current (Iref) entering a current control loop (50) connected to generate a voltage that supplies the actuator (26,28). The compensator (48) incorporates a control transfer function that is variable as a function of an elastic constant (k) of a mass-spring equivalent system, where the mass (m) is the mass of the parts in motion between said braking member (32) and the actuators, and the elastic constant matches with the elastic constant of the elastic means (34). The compensator (48) is connected for receiving variable values of the elastic constant (k) which are calculated by executing a preliminary tuning procedure in the control unit (44).
