The invention provides a first structure (44; 45; 52; 43; 67) which is placed in the path of the laser beam (12, 22, 32) enabling phase shifts to occur for the individual photons of the laser beam (12, 22, 32) according to a predetermined distribution. The average path resulting from the ratio between the average quadratic value of the phase shift caused by distribution and the sum of the wave vector k = 2 π/μ of the laser (10, 20, 30) is greater than the coherence length L multiplied by a factor 1/(12)1/2.
