    According to the present invention, a thermoplastic resin composition including a (meth)acrylate graft copolymer, characterized in that the thermoplastic resin composition has excellent impact strength and weather resistance and, in particular, has an advantage in expressing a deep black color due to excellent colorability, and a method of preparing the thermoplastic resin composition may be provided.
