    摘要： A reciprocating motor is disclosed having a magnet frame (10) connected between a magnet (8) and an element to be reciprocally moved to transmit a reciprocal movement of the magnet (8) to the element, the magnet consisting of a first mounting unit (12) at which the magnet (8) is fixed and a second mounting unit (14) made of a different material with the first mounting unit(12), being connected to the first mounting (12), and with which the element is engaged. A portion of the magnet frame (10) where the magnet is fixed is made of a nonmetallic material to minimize a loss of flux generated from a winding coil (6).

    摘要： A mover assembly of a reciprocating motor includes : a mover body disposed at a gap between an inner stator and an outer stator ; permanent magnets fixed at an outer circumferential surface of the mover body and reciprocally moved together with the mover body in a direction of an induction magnetic field between the inner stator and the outer stator ; and a mixed member made of a fiber and a resin to cover and fix the permanent magnets. The permanent magnets are arranged at an outer circumferential face of the mover body, covered with the mixed member obtained by mixing a fiber and a resin, and hardened to be fixed. Therefore, the permanent magnets can be firmly and easily fixed at the mover body. In addition, by molding the mover body with a non magnetic and non-conductive material, leakage of the magnetic force of the permanent magnets can be prevented.

According to that, the length of the permanent magnet (420) is decided and the entrance width of the opening unit in which the winding coil (300) is located is reduced, thereby the amount of high price permanent magnet used is reduced, reciprocating movement of the mover getting out of the outer core is minimized, flux on the outer core and the inner core flows smoothly, and leakage of the flux is reduced so the function of the motor can be improved.

    摘要： The present invention discloses a compressor including a hermetic container into/from which refrigerant is sucked and discharged, a compression unit provided in the hermetic container and compressing the refrigerant, a motor unit provided in the hermetic container to be connected to the compression unit and driving the compression unit, and one or more irregular reflection portions provided on an outer circumferential surface of the motor unit. The irregular reflection portion repeatedly reflects and dissipates noise and vibration in the compressor to improve the noise reduction effect. In addition, the irregular reflection portion increases the surface area of the motor unit to improve the radiation effect, which results in high efficiency of the entire compressor.
