摘要: An apparatus for gel electrophoresis comprising a comb having wedge-shaped teeth configured to create wedge-shaped sample wells in a gel by insertion of the comb into the gel and by removal of the comb once the gel has been cast, wherein the wedge-shaped teeth have at least one surface extending from a plane parallel to the bottom surface of the teeth at angle of between 45 degrees and 90 degrees to the top of the teeth.
