According to the inventive brake system (10), the pressure accumulator (66) of the servo pressure circuit (12) can be supplied with hydraulic fluid according to the servo pressure prevailing inside the servo pressure circuit (12). Alternatively, the invention relates to a brake system (410) without a pressure accumulator, rather the servo pressure circuit (410) has a bypass channel (478), which can be activated according to pressure and which is connected upstream from the master brake cylinder.
