摘要： In a portable electronic apparatus with a hinge portion having a swing function effective in plural directions, two housings of the apparatus do not become loose with the housings opened so that the apparatus can be stably held. A portable electronic apparatus (101) has a hinge portion (30) that connects a first housing (10) and a second housing (20) so that they are openable/closable when turned about a swing axis (31) and connects both housings so that the first housing (10) is swingable about a second swing axis (32) perpendiculatr to the first swing axis (31). The hinge portion (30) integrally has a rotation structure body that constructs swing prevention means. The hinge portion (30) is constructed such that the first housing (10) and the second housing (20) are swingable about the first swing axis (31) so that they can be opened/closed, the first housing (10) is swingable about the second swing axis (32) in a state where the first housing (10) and the second housing (20) are opened in a predetermined angle range, and the first housing (10) is prevented from swinging about the second swing axis (32) in a state where both housings are opened at an angle outside the predetermined angle range. The structure prevents the housings from becoming loose.
