    摘要: Micro-lenses (3a and 3b) are formed on the first surface of a transparent substrate and an outgoing efficiency control device (2) for modulating quantity of incident light is disposed on the second surface opposite to the first surface. Incident light (4) is allowed to be incident obliquely with respect to the optical axis of the micro-lens (3a) and is condensed on the outgoing efficiency control device (2). The outgoing efficiency control device (2) modulates quantity of light of incident light and outputs it as outgoing light (5). This construction can make the size of the outgoing efficiency control device (2) smaller than the beam diameter and the aperture of the micro-lenses.
