摘要： A multi-layered optical disk comprises recording layers (3, 4) on which data is recorded and reproduced by focusing a light beam on one of the recording layers (3, 4), each recording layer (3, 4) having an identification section (ID a , ID b ) storing an address of the recording layer characterised in that the recording layers are composed of at least a first recording layer (3) made of a first disk substrate and a second recording layer (4) made of a second disk substrate and a transparent binder layer (5) having a thickness of 10 to 100µm is disposed as a spacer between the first recording layer (3) and the second recording layer (4).
