摘要: A drive unit has engines and a motor that are adjacent to each other in a longitudinal direction. The engines are provided with an engine oil path and a coolant path for cooling. The motor is provided with a motor cooling oil path for cooling. A heat exchanger, in which engine oil and motor cooling oil exchange heat, and a heat exchanger, in which a coolant and the motor cooling oil exchange heat, are provided. Size in vertical and lateral directions of the motor is smaller than size in the vertical and lateral directions of each of the engines. The heat exchanger is attached to an upper portion of a side circumferential portion of the motor, and the heat exchanger is attached to a lower portion of the side circumferential portion of the motor.

摘要: In a cooling path of a motor 14, an oil control valve 45 is provided between a path LN21 and a path LN11, a heat exchanger 42 is provided between a path LN11 and a path LN31, and a heat exchanger 43 is provided between a path LN12 and a path LN32. In a motor-drive mode, a valve control section 52 switches a valve 45 to the path LN11 side when an engine temperature T is lower than a first threshold T TH1 , and switches the valve 45 to the path LN12 side when the engine temperature T is equal to or higher than the first threshold T TH1 . In the heat exchanger 42, motor cooling oil and engine oil exchange heat. In the heat exchanger 43, the motor cooling oil and a coolant for the engine exchange the heat.

摘要: A drive unit for travel of the vehicle includes an engine 13 and a motor 14. The engine 13 is a rotary engine and has an engine output shaft 132 and an engine housing 131. The motor has a motor output shaft 142, a rotor 143, and a stator 145 that are accommodated in a motor housing 141. The engine housing 131 of the engine 13 and the motor housing 141 of the motor 14 are directly joined to each other. The engine output shaft 132 and the motor output shaft 142 are directly joined to each other. The rotor 143 of the motor 14 has: a main body section 143b that generates a rotational magnetic field with the stator 145; and a weight section 143a that functions as a balance weight of the engine.

摘要: An engine EGR system is provided. An EGR passage includes an EGR cooler, an EGR internal passage passing through a cylinder head on an upstream side of the EGR cooler, and a relay passage extending outside the cylinder head and connecting the EGR internal passage to the EGR cooler. The EGR cooler formed in a columnar shape is arranged above an intake manifold so as to locate a gas inflow port on a first end surface side and a gas outflow port on a second end surface side, and the relay passage communicates with the EGR internal passage on an external side of the engine compared to a head EGR gas exit. The EGR cooler inclines downward from the gas outflow port toward the gas inflow port, and the relay passage is connected to the gas inflow port while being bent downward toward the upstream side.

摘要: An engine EGR system is provided, which includes an engine body, an intake passage, an exhaust passage and an EGR passage configured to recirculate exhaust gas as EGR gas to the intake passage. The EGR passage includes an EGR cooler and an EGR internal passage constituting the EGR passage upstream of the EGR cooler, and including a passage passing through a cylinder head. The EGR internal passage has a bent pipe part including a first bent portion at which an upstream portion of the EGR internal passage is bent away from a gas inflow port of the EGR cooler, a second bent portion located downstream of the first bent portion and bending the EGR internal passage toward the gas inflow port, and an intermediate portion connecting the first and the second bent portions by being disposed therebetween. The water-cooling passage is disposed around the bent pipe part.
