摘要： An oligosialyl-1,2-dialkyl-Sn-glycerol represented by general formula (I) and an intermediate for its synthesis, wherein R¹ groups represent each independently hydrogen or an alkali metal; R² groups represent each independently C₁₄ to C₁₈ alkyl; Ac represents acetyl; and n represents an integer of 0 to 20. The above glycerol can be used as immunopotentiator, antitumor agent, and diagnostic and therapeutic agent for cancer.
