摘要： A hinged cap which is equipped with a cap body having a top wall, a pouring port provided on the top wall and a side wall hanging from the circumference of the top wall, and with an upper lid being connected with the cap body and capable of opening and shutting the pouring port, wherein the hinged cap is formed with a resin composition comprising poly(lactic acid) and an aliphatic polyester resin except poly(lactic acid), and wherein the mixing mass ratio of poly(lactic acid) and an aliphatic polyester resin except poly(lactic acid) in the resin composition is poly(lactic acid) : aliphatic polyester resin except poly(lactic acid) = 90:10 to 5:95.
