摘要： injection positions (A2, B2, and C2) toward which washer liquids (W) are injected from the forward-side injection nozzles (A1, B1, and C1) and injection positions (D2 and E2) which washer liquids (W) are injected from the backward-side injection nozzles (D1 and E1) are alternatively shifted in the longitudinal direction of the blade rubber. Therefore, in wiping-out motion of the blade rubber for one reciprocation, the front glass (12) can uniformly get wet, the total number of injection nozzles can be made less than ever, the consumption amount of washer liquid (W) at the time of reciprocating wiping-out motion of the blade rubber can be reduced, power consumption of the washer pump can be reduced, and the size of the washer pump can be decreased.

摘要： A nozzle unit 34 which jets washer fluid toward a windshield is fixed to an arm piece 33 whose front end side is fitted to a hook fixing member 23e. As a result, the nozzle unit 34 can be fixed without using the fitting member adopted in the conventional case, and located closer to the hook fixing member 23e. This reduces a positional shift of the nozzle unit 34 relative to the wiper blade 20 to the minimum, thus stabilizing the injection-target locations of washer fluid on the windshield.

摘要： The melt of cast iron containing a nitrogen-scavenger premixed in the initial material and added through a weighing hopper 26 is cooled and solidified in a cavity mold of a molding apparatus 18 to produce a molded article B. The free N in the melt is rapidly captured by the nitrogen scavenger before the cooling and solidification are progressed, and nitrides are produced resultantly. The chill structure formed in the surface portion of the molded article B is decomposed by subjecting the molded article B to a heat treatment. At the last step, the molded article B subjected to the heat treatment is machined, thus producing a camshaft A as a cast iron member which is a finished article.
